Chinese Customer Service Representative

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chinese speaking customer service representative to provide exceptional support to our Chinese-speaking clients.
This role requires professional-level English proficiency, fluency in Chinese language skills, and experience with QuickBooks, MYOB, and CRM software. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to our Chinese-speaking clients
- Understand front-end and back-end marketing strategies to effectively communicate with our target audience
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the success of the organization
- Maintain self-motivation and drive with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Proficiently use QuickBooks, MYOB, and CRM software
- Effectively communicate with both internal teams and external partners
- Professional-level English proficiency
- Fluent Chinese language skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, MYOB, and CRM software
- Ability to work in an office environment between Monday and Friday
