KEY POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Markedly increase the presence of Hutchinson Legal in social and local markets
- Co-ordinate public events, functions and activities
- Take responsibility for ongoing initiatives to engage with existing and potential clients

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Website maintenance and development, including SEO
- Social media management, including responding to Google reviews
- Oversight of branding, including signage and printed material
- Publication management, including quarterly Legal Insight Newsletter management, kits for clients, articles and digital downloads
- Client engagement activities, including client surveys, prospect/lead management
- Event Coordination, including webinar series and networking events
- Ordering and distribution of promotional materials and client / referrer gifts
- Assessment and communication of analytics, forecasting marketing trends
- Engaging in client feedback, including Focus Groups, client feedback surveys, measuring client satisfaction
- Reports for management
