Job Title

Job Description

This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions using Guidewire and other relevant technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, estimating effort, and coordinating with teams to deliver high-quality results on time. They will also be expected to mentor junior developers, establish best practices, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Core Java and REST API technologies
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Guidewire
  • Good P&C insurance experience
  • Minimum B.E or B.Tech or MCA degree
  • Guidewire Professional Certification (optional)
