**Summary**
This Resource Lead and workforce planning role is a valued and critical role that the business relies upon for the successful delivery of day-to-day planning and resource delivery across the nation.

They own, manage and operate a diverse portfolio of gas, electricity, solar and wind assets, consistent with the purpose to strengthen communities through responsible energy. Their operations span every mainland state and territory in the country and employ more than 2000 people. Fast paced, high performing culture and offices in each major city with this role able to be based in either Brisbane or Melbourne.

**The Role**
- Lead the development and implementation of suitable Workforce planning tools, systems and practices improving planning and resource delivery nationally across their projects
- Work with HR and project team to understand the need and pipeline resources before working with Talent Acquisition team and succession planning
- Develop workforce metrics, dashboard, reporting and analytics on all Recruitment and contingent activities
- Manage the communication of resource plans, engagement types and position requirements for sourcing across the contract's admin and sourcing teams
- Support the Overall Contract Management practice, updating guides/process for issuing contractor agreements and ensure compliance of legislations affecting the resourcing related to contingent workers

You will have the ability to build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to understand resourcing needs so you can effectively plan and execute. This role is highly visible, requires superior consulting skills working closely with Senior Leaders, and:

- Relevant tertiary degree, HRM or Employment/Commerce Law/HR Analytics
- Experience Resource Planning, Workforce Planning in a project-based environment
- Able to analyse date and provide advice and solutions on forecasting demands
- Ability to think critically, synthesise information with advanced proficiency in excel, understanding of Power BI and Microsoft project advantageous
