**About the Role**:
As out ITMP Lead for Australia, you will drive and deliver the implementation of the Business Master Platform (BMP) for all lines of business (LOB's) of Allianz Australia (AAL). This will involve the program management of BMP AAL on Allianz Technology's side whilst managing and orchestrating the end-to-end roll-out of the BMP platform in strong coordination with the BMP Product Areas.

**Other key aspects of the role**:

- Ensuring the successful delivery of BMP strategy, onboarding multiple LOB's, and opening multiple distribution capabilities in the IT Master Platform
- Orchestrate the delivery across the different teams involved in the program to ensure consistent end to end implementation
- Managing the delivery of the Local scope of the program
- Closely collaborating with the local and global product teams
- Managing the BMP Australia local delivery teams
- Designing and continuously improving the BMP delivery model to ensure the increase of Velocity and quality
- Anticipating risks and issues, and implementing mitigation actions
- Managing the finances of the Program
- Steering the Program, aligning to the Global Targets in architecture and global Standards
- Managing local senior stakeholders

**Important to your success**:

- Extensive professional IT experience with evidence of ability to explore avenues for future business development and expansion opportunities
- Ability to develop and positively influence key, strategic position holders across organisation and functions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence, maintaining open communication channels and fostering a harmonious working environment
- In depth understanding of SDLC of scaled agile delivery and production environment
- Process and project management and ITIL training and/or certification desirable
- Highly developed consulting and influencing skills demonstrating the ability to co-create strategy and valuable analytical solutions with key business stakeholders
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise projects, priorities and tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Extensive experience empowering people to realise their highest potential by recognising and developing individual and team performance and building talent pipelines to safeguard current and future organisational needs
