Woodforde Group is working on behalf of a large Not-For-Profit organisation to assist them in recruiting an Executive Assistant for a temporary opportunity.

Immediate start date

They are a large, well-renowned Not-For-Profit organisation who value and empower their employees through career progression and continuous training.

This role supports the Executive General Manager and two other senior executives within the organisation.

**Your role**

Reporting to the Executive General Manager your role will involve:

- Diary Management for 3 executives
- Minute taking
- Event Planning and Management
- Report Preparation
- Expense Reconciliation
- Travel Arrangements
- Preparing Agendas
- Key internal and external stakeholder management
- General Administrative Support

**Your Profile**

You will enjoy building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships with your warm and open manner. You will be passionate about providing exceptional administrative support at a senior level and pride yourself on your organisation, detailed focus, professional attitude and be of high level corporate quality.

You will have advanced skills with MS Office and taking complex minutes and have worked previously in a deadline driven environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting multiple senior executives is desirable.

This role is to commence immediately, you must be available to work in a full time capacity to be considered.
