**The Role**:
The Business Relationship Manager has primary accountability for new customer acquisition through Business to Business (B2B) referrer relationships. In your **Business Relationship Manager** role, you will focus on developing strong partnerships in NDIS sector with Support Coordinators, Local Area Co-ordinators (LACs), Service Providers (SPs) and other Health/ Government contacts to drive customer growth. You will work closely with the State Team and wider National Partnerships Team to ensure a consistent approach to engaging & growing with referral networks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grow B2B relationships to acquire new customers for Plan Group.
- Business Development activity in agreed regions / markets in state as agreed with State Relationship Manager and Head of Partnerships
- Drive and deliver customer acquisition to achieve business targets.
- Travel within the region and state will be required. At times, interstate travel will be required.
- Develop strong partnerships with Key Referrer organisations (SCs, LACs, SPs) to drive B2B customer growth.
- Be actively engaged in Local Government Areas (LGAs) within your region to drive community development and engagement. Identify and build relationships with new B2B referrers in under-penetrated markets.
- Represent and present Plan Group (brand specific) at interagency meetings and local forums.
- Build partnerships and strategic alliances that will extend the organisation's brand in the community.
- NDIS Eco-system - keep up to date with industry developments and changes.
- Plan and execute effective Networking Events in assigned regions to create new B2B referrers and additional new customer acquisition for Plan Group.
- Maintain a Quarterly plan on driving additional referrals from Active and Occasional Referrers (referrers status is used internally)
- Maintain regular contact and update Plan Group system (salesforce platform) with all activities.
- Pro-actively support with SC/ SP escalations by engaging the relevant Operations / Accounts teams internally to get the matter resolved promptly.
- Keep up to date with all NDIA information, outcome requirements, policy updates, planning processes etc and where possible, pro-actively engage in forums, working groups and consultations with the NDIA.
- Provide input in the development and documentation of efficient business processes for Plan Management, Plan Management Service Intermediary and Support Co-ordination services.
- Participate in training and development as required.
