Job Title: Business Relationship Manager

About the Role:

The successful Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships across various industries. This involves growing new partnerships and working closely with a Business Development Manager to service existing relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identifying key clients' needs and developing strategies to meet those requirements
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Providing exceptional after-sales support to retain customers
  • Responding promptly and accurately to clients' queries
  • Fostering long-term client relationships through regular communication and trust-building
  • Working with the Business Development team to create customized sales plans for key clients
  • Promoting new products and services to existing customers

  • Proven experience in a relevant sales or business development role
  • The ability to build strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
  • Strong attention to detail in managing business leads and projects from initiation to delivery
  • An interest in architecture and design
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to drive business growth
