About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) plays a vital role in recruiting for Custodial Operations, Community Corrections, and Specialist Operations roles across Queensland. In addition to managing recruitment processes, TAG oversees Criminal History Checks and ID Card issuance.

As an Adviser, Talent Acquisition, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Deliver training, provide guidance to staff, and support the development of recruitment policies aligned with QCS's strategic goals.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation, maintaining accurate, secure, and up-to-date records with the highest standards of integrity.
