Talent Acquisition Lead on a 12 month fixed term contract. Can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

Our client is a large national organisation that are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager on a 12 month contract. You will inspire your team on the continuous improvement journey, to keep up to date with market trends and recruitment best practice as well as ensuring that they are equipped with the tools, skills, and leadership to be a high performing team.

The role will partner with key stakeholders to find creative solutions for streamlining the recruitment processes across all portfolios of business. A key to your role will be managing supplier relationships, negotiating, and maintaining contracts, and working through the relevant approval, procurement, and governance processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Coaching your team through key strategic design of campaigns
- Escalation point for Talent Acquisition governance and identification of stakeholder education opportunities and promotion of processes and procedures
- Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of the assessment process
- Maintaining relationships with Agencies as an extension of the team and governance of agency engagement
- Analysis of recruitment metrics and further identifying opportunities for the use of data for decision making
- Conduct resourcing needs analysis briefings with hiring leaders to understand current & future work force planning requirements.
- Leading a team of TA Partners, Advisers and Coordinators, driving engagement and career development opportunities

**Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership Talent Acquisition role
- Experience bringing to life diversity attraction and selection strategies is essential as this will be a key focus of the role. If you have experience aligning to a Reconciliation Action Plan this would be highly beneficial
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high quality service.
