Role Overview:As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for:Inspiring and mentoring your teamTraining and developing showroom staffSetting and communicating targets effectivelyHandling orders for both residential and trade clientsProviding product advice and excellent customer serviceCollaborating with various teams to optimize showroom operationsImplementing and improving processes and proceduresCoordinating staff rosters and managing a teamRequirements:Proven experience in leadership and salesFamiliarity with KPIs and POS systemsComputer savvyTeam-focused with strong leadership skillsSales motivator with a can-do attitudeFull-time role, including some SaturdaysDesire to achieve and contribute to a positive team cultureIf you're ready to take on a hands-on role, drive sales, and contribute to the success of a new showroom, we want to hear from you
