OverviewThe Showroom Manager will lead the showroom team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service for residential and trade clients. This is a hands-on leadership role in a new Brisbane showroom.
Responsibilities- Inspire and mentor your team
- Train and develop showroom staff
- Set and communicate targets effectively
- Handle orders for residential and trade clients
- Provide product advice and deliver excellent customer service
- Collaborate with various teams to optimise showroom operations
- Implement and improve processes and procedures
- Coordinate staff rosters and manage a team
- Proven experience in leadership and sales
- Familiarity with KPIs and POS systems
- Computer savvy
- Team-focused with strong leadership skills
- Sales motivator with a can-do attitude
- Full-time role, including some Saturdays
- Desire to achieve and contribute to a positive team culture
