About the Role: As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role and will be responsible for the planning, implementation and delivery of marketing campaigns and channel marketing initiatives.
This role will require a level of proficiency in copywriting, CRM, CMS, social media management, marketing automation platforms and reporting & analytics.What you'll be doing Plan, implement, and deliver marketing campaigns and channel marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.
Develop and execute copywriting tasks for various marketing materials.
Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and analyse customer interactions.
Utilise content management systems (CMS) for website and content updates.
Oversee social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Implement and optimise marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign processes.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.
