Job Title: Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position responsible for planning, implementing and analyzing global marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans that meet business objectives
  • Manage the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media and print
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop high-quality marketing materials
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior role
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
