At our fastest growing entity, Acknowledge Education, you'll be at the centre of managing sensitive workplace issues, coaching leaders, and shaping the frameworks that strengthen both compliance and culture.
Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you'll be the first point of escalation for ER matters—balancing risk, fairness, and pragmatism in every decision.Lead end-to-end management of complex ER cases and workplace investigationsPrepare clear documentation including investigation reports and case summariesProvide pragmatic advice to leaders on ER matters, awards, and legislationCoach managers to build capability and confidence in handling workplace issuesContribute to policy development and the refinement of ER frameworksPartner with HR colleagues to support engagement, culture, and WHS initiativesQualificationsYou're an experienced ER professional who can balance rigour with pragmatism.
With strong knowledge of employment law and awards, you're confident managing complex, sensitive matters while maintaining fairness and discretion.
Just as importantly, you know how to influence and coach others, building capability in leaders and contributing to a positive workplace culture.5+ years' experience in employee/industrial relations, including complex case managementExtensive workplace investigation experience with clear, thorough reportingStrong understanding of the Fair Work Act, modern awards, and employment legislationExcellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skillsProven ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail and consistencyAdditional InformationFast-growing Business: Private equity backed business known for its growth and agility.Be part of a forward-thinking team that embraces innovation and continuous improvementFlexible working with a hybrid work environment.We are an equal opportunity employer.
