Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Employment Relations Consultant. This key role will provide high-level support and advice to management and staff on employment relations matters, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic ER initiatives.

In this position, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, develop and implement ER frameworks and policies, manage complex ER matters, and represent the organization in industrial tribunals. You will also deliver ER presentations and information sessions to educate leaders on best practices.

To succeed in this role, you must be an expert in employment relations, possess highly developed interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and have extensive experience in providing strategic and tactical advice on industrial instruments and employment regulations. Your ability to manage union relationships, disputes, and enterprise bargaining activities is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support and advice to management and staff on employment relations matters.

  • Manage complex ER matters, including union relationships and disputes.
  • Represent the organization in industrial tribunals.
