**Job Description**:
**About the role**
We are seeking a Customer Engagement Coordinator to join our close-knit Customer Engagement team on a 12 months fixed term contract, where the focus will be providing the sales organisation with information, content and tools to help them sell more effectively by driving business growth.
The Customer Engagement Coordinator will have a passion toward process improvement, operational excellence, exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver results.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist to develop, manage, and optimise Sales Processes
- Work with necessary stakeholders to ensure deployment of training and tools needed to address gaps in knowledge or processes
- Assist with the implementation and embedding of customer engagement initiatives
- Assist to build strong cross-functional partnerships and collaborate between Sales, Marketing and Business Operations
- Coordinate sales councils and forums for sales executives and sales personnel across Global Express
- Develop sales material for Global Express Sales & Marketing to communicate key messages, tools, and processes to engage sales management activity
- Assist with and coordinate the roll-out and development of account management training
- Assist with projects as directed by the Customer Engagement Manager
- Provide training to internal stakeholders as required
- Assist with customer engagement process
