We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Coordinator.
This position involves running programs aimed at member immersion and engagement across various channels, including staff intranet, member portal, Yammer, team meetings, town hall discussions, and video content creation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, be proficient in Excel and Microsoft applications, and have experience working in customer experience or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement member exposure hours program, including planning and executing next activities for staff.
- Manage all ISF content, including Miro boards, office walls, collateral packs, and member video materials.
- Support reporting within the MX function by coordinating periodic insights, dashboards, and data democratization efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in business or design-related field.
- Experience in customer experience or related field.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft skills.
