We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic **Full-Time Front Office Supervisor** to join our team at **Mercure Sydney Bankstown**, and to ensure exceptional service is provided to our guests at all times, making them feel both welcome and comfortable. A great opportunity for an experienced Guest Service Agent ready for their next role in Front Office.

**Job Description** What will you be doing?**
- Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
- Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Take the lead and guide the front office's day-to-day operations with expertise
- Complete a wide variety of hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel's facilities to taking reservations in the restaurant, delivering food and maintaining guest accounts
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program

**Qualifications** Your Skills and experience include**:

- A background in Hotel Operations, ideal for someone eager to take the next stride towards a leadership position
- Knowledge of Opera / Opera Cloud PMS is advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
- Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
- Have a natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service, setting you apart from the rest
- A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest's smile during their stay
