About the role
Myer is one of our largest client partners, and we require a Creative Operations Manager to traffic this booming business. This presents an opportunity to be surrounded by creative people and gorgeous images, incredible products and big ideas. We'd love to find someone who can wrangle, who can manage competing priorities, and who understands the creative process and the critical role you will play. Some of your responsibilities will include
- Creative workflow management - assigning the best creative resources to the right briefs, using workflow software and tracking campaigns from concept through to post production
- Traffic Control - understanding timeline management
- Freelance recruitment - assisting in the business in finding the best talent required to support important client briefs
- Creative WIP management - analysing incoming projects and collating information to ensure resources are properly assigned, and client teams are up to date with the state of play
- Time management - Understanding the time each step of the creative process may take, and managing up accordingly
- Financial and budget management including checking quotes, planning, forecasting and commercial viability
- Interacting cross-functionally with account service and creative teams and suppliers regularly

Experience & Qualifications
- 3 + years experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to communicate often and well
- Creative agency experience would be preferential
