Part-time position (38hrs a fortnight) based in Brisbane CBD
Shifts 7 days a week, between the operating hours of 0600 – 1945
SCHADS 4.1 hourly rate + Salary packaging

We're seeking aRostering Coordinatorbased in our Brisbane CBD Office to help us deliver exceptional outcomes to our clients.This role is a 12-month parental leave contract.
Responsibilities include:
Roster support workers and back fill shifts for unplanned/planned leave.
Build and maintain knowledge of agreement, policies and procedures.
Communicate shift changes and escalate roster-related people matters.
Establish and maintain data in the rostering system.
To be considered:
Experience and skill maintaining a roster of staff.
Ability to remain calm under pressure to find a solution.
High level attention to detail and accuracy.
Great team player; ultimately self-motivated and reliant.
Good computer skills + ability to pick up systems quickly.
Blue and Yellow Card/NDIS clearance required to start (we can help).
