Roster Coordinator / HR Generalist - Aged Care
Flexible Salary | Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity | Approx. $40/hr
We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Roster Coordinator / HR Generalist to join a well-respected aged care facility located just outside Coffs Harbour in a beautiful coastal setting.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting aged care teams to deliver high-quality care. You'll be responsible for managing rosters, coordinating HR functions, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and maintaining staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage
  • Managing shift replacements and responding to short-notice changes
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR admin processes
  • Liaising with care managers and staff to resolve roster or staffing issues
  • Assisting with HR compliance and reporting
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in rostering or HR within aged care, healthcare, or a similar sector
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with rostering or HR systems is highly regarded
