**About the Role**

We have a client in the **Port Adelaide** area with standard care needs and your responsibilities will include:

- Personal Care assistance and support in everyday living tasks
- Providing support in **social activities** & community outings
- Evening shift available **10am - 3.00pm Wednesday** with the opportunity to increase hours plus additional shifts in the area

**About you**

As an experienced Support Worker, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client's needs front and centre you will have/be:

- Experienced working with young adults with **mental health** conditions
- Happy to work & be around **dogs**:

- ** Fit & active** with an interest in social activities
- A valid full **Driver's License** with your own vehicle
- NDIS Clearance, Working with Children's Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
- Up to date Covid 19 vaccinations including booster shot
- Minimum **Cert III qualification** (i.e. Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability) is essential
