Job Title: Motor Claims ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and claimants.
About the Role
This role involves managing a large portfolio of motor claims in a fast-paced claims environment. You will be responsible for dealing directly with Third Parties, Loss Adjusters, and NSW Government Agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a large portfolio of motor claims;
Deal directly with Third Parties, Loss Adjusters, and NSW Government Agencies;
Provide support to all members of staff;
Adhere to company guidelines and delegated authority;
Resolve complaints in accordance with company guidelines;
Finding opportunities for process improvement and identifying potential fraud/recovery indicators for claims.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational and time management skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for insurance policy interpretation and stakeholder management.
