We continuously challenge ourselves and others to improve and act with integrity.Stronger together: We collaborate within diverse teams, focusing on what matters to build a better world.Bring out the best in everyone: We support each other's potential, learn from experiences, and treat each other with care and respect.Job ResponsibilitiesEstablish schedule management and control processes to optimize project outcomes.Provide scheduling services for diverse building projects.Conduct pre-baseline reviews of contractor programs to ensure contractual and industry standards are met.Prepare progress reports highlighting schedule risks and opportunities.Recommend corrective actions and develop acceleration programs for delays.Conduct delay analysis and produce reports.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand inputs and create an integrated master work program linked to contractor schedules.QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Construction, Building, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.At least 8 years of experience as a Scheduler/Planner on building projects.Experience managing mission-critical projects is highly desirable.Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.Strong understanding of project processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Additional InformationWe offer a supportive, inclusive, and flexible working environment that promotes work-life balance.
