Customer Service Specialist

About The Role
In this customer focused role, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive and positive team environment.
This is a site-based role, working Monday – Friday, located at the Mayfield office.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, making InfraBuild our customers' supplier of choice.
Proactive end-to-end management of customer orders across our national supply chain.
Managing the communication flow between our customers and our business.
Being the pivotal link between our customers and our internal stakeholders which include Operations, Commercial, Supply & Fulfilment teams.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, have the ability to build strong relationships with a commitment for safety.
Ideally You Will Have The Following
A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive customer relationships
A 'can-do' attitude and proactive approach to managing daily challenges
Ability to multi-task, problem solve with a strong attention to detail
Experience in complex supply chains, Microsoft applications, SAP will be an advantage however not essential
