About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Gaming Machine Service: Ensure that gaming machines are functioning correctly and provide assistance to members and guests with any issues they may be experiencing.
- Drink Orders and Delivery: Take drink orders from members and guests and deliver them to their preferred locations.
- Preparation and Service of Beverages: Prepare and serve beverages to members and guests, ensuring that they are made to a high standard and presented in a clean and tidy manner.
- Reset and Payout Jackpot Wins: Reset and payout jackpot wins, ensuring that members and guests are rewarded fairly and promptly.
- Operation of Tab and Keno Terminals: Operate Tab and Keno terminals, processing transactions and managing cash handling.
- Cleaning of Work Station and Equipment: Maintain a clean and organized work station and equipment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and free from clutter.
- Assist Members and Guests: Assist members and guests with any queries or concerns they may have, providing support and guidance when needed.
