We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.

- You will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
- You will also be responsible for guiding customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring the store is well-presented and organized will also be a key part of your role.

- Product Demonstration: Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organized.
About You
- You are a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
- You have prior customer service experience and are able to work in a team environment.
- You are physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg.

Recruitment Process

- Assessment Centre: Successful applicants will be invited to attend an assessment centre.
- Pre-Employment Checks: If successful, we will begin pre-employment checks.
- Offer & Contract: Once checks are complete and satisfactory, we'll issue your employment contract.
- Start Date: Employment to commence three weeks before the grand opening.
- Grand Opening: The store officially opens on a designated date.
