Job Description
The Technical Delivery Manager role involves overseeing the Mobility Portfolio's product development and delivery. This includes in-house and third-party solutions, with a focus on defining, implementing, and reviewing the organization's systems development management framework.
This position requires leading and managing teams to develop workforce planning, performance management, and development programs. Regular collaboration between ICT Operations and DevOps Engineers is necessary to provide effective services to users and ensure frequent production releases.
The Technical Delivery Manager will oversee the rapid delivery of high-quality changes with minimal lead time by leveraging ITIL Change Enablement practices and coordinating Release Management. They will also align with Organisational Change Management to ensure stakeholder awareness, adoption, and optimized product usage.
Key Responsibilities
Define, implement, and review the organization's systems development management framework.
Rapidly deliver high-quality changes with minimal lead time using ITIL Change Enablement practices and Release Management.
Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive product and portfolio delivery roadmap encompassing new features, enhancements, and defect resolutions across all major software products and smaller applications.
Effectively manage interdependencies with other strategic programs and business-as-usual initiatives to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and optimized resource allocation.
