The primary purpose of the Digitisation Team Leader is to supervise the Digitisation team in the implementation and operation of QSA's digitisation work program to ensure quality service delivery for public and government agencies.

**In this role you will**:

- Supervise staff within the team, including prioritising, allocating and monitoring digitisation work
- Provide support and technical advice to the Manager Digitisation & Collection Services in the delivery of digitisation projects and asset management
- Analyse and assess physical records to be digitised, with the ability to prioritise and decide on appropriate digitisation workflows
- Manage location of digitised records and data storage in accordance with agreed processes and procedures
- Extract statistical data from digitisation equipment, and accurately record the data in the relevant excel spreadsheets and prepare digitisation statistics for internal reporting
- Provide technical expertise and support team members on the use of digitisation equipment to ensure compliance with digitisation guidelines and international standards
- Work collaboratively with third party vendors in the maintenance of digitisation equipment, troubleshooting and resolution of issues to ensure effective operation
- Develop and/or review internal work instructions and procedures to support the team
- Identify and review current and emerging trends and technology and make recommendations to improve systems, procedures and work practices related to QSA's use of digitisation equipment.
