Jackson Asphalt is the longest running asphalt supply and lay company in Perth. We build and maintain high quality roads, carparks, driveways, hardstands, paths, and crossovers.

Our office is the central hub of the business.

**The role**:
Based in Maddington, this pivotal role involves maintaining seamless office operations and procedures. This is a multi-faceted role if you like diversity this is the job for you.

**Key responsibilities for this position include**:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the office, serve as first point of contact for clients. Filtering phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate person.

Provide administrative support to the general manager, accounts officer, including scheduling sales enquiries.

Data Entry, working with multiple programs, updating employee and client records.

Assist with financial administration tasks, such as 30-day review job reports, sub-contractor purchase orders, MYOB invoice entry.

Assist with HR related tasks including onboarding and employee inductions.

**What you'll bring**

You will have previous experience with managing all aspects of office administration project.
- Multi-tasking
- Great communication skills with clients, management, and employees
- Have a friendly disposition.
- Can do attitude and problem-solving skills.

**Desirable**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, MYOB and Adobe
- Certificate in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fleet and asset coordination.
- Site Mobilization coordination
- Construction Industry exposure of 2+ years

**Essential**:
Car and valid driver's license
