Position Overview:
Reporting to the Digital Manager, the Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for owning and optimising Daily Blooms' online store to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
This role ensures that all products, content, and promotions are accurately maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with brand and business priorities.
By managing website functionality, coordinating product launches, and implementing best-practice ecommerce processes, the Ecommerce Coordinator drives online sales growth and supports Daily Blooms' mission to delight customers at every digital touchpoint.
This role acts as the key contact for our paid marketing and SEO agencies, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are executed smoothly and aligned with ecommerce objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Work directly with consultants, including web developers and marketing agencies, to maintain and optimise the Daily Blooms website in accordance with customer and business requirements.
Manage the Daily Blooms user experience by enhancing the site functionality to optimise the customer journey and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Manage the Daily Blooms website functionality to ensure maximum efficiency and operational requirements are met within the business.
Responsible for product and inventory management, including but not limited to overseeing product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory to maximise commercial impact and user experience.
Manage analytics reporting for effective analysis and optimisation against KPIs, providing regular sales performance to the broader team.
Develop and implement strategies across Digital Performance Marketing, eCommerce, and CRM to enhance brand awareness, acquire customers, and drive revenue.
Identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability by developing and executing strategies to maximise conversion rates and AOV.
Develop and maintain relationships with eCommerce partners.
Use analytics to identify improvement areas and opportunities.
Act as the lead contact with our paid marketing and SEO agencies, reviewing results and making optimisation decisions.
Monitor performance across all paid channels
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong analytical skills and confidence using Google Analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate excellent data analytic skills in Google Sheets/Excel.
Qualifications & Experience:
3 years experience working in eCommerce
3 years experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM platforms
Experience managing the paid marketing strategy and working directly with paid marketing agencies
