The Brand:

Bali Body has been a market leader in Sunless Tanning for the past 8 years and continues to achieve strong growth across the numerous sales channels. Our D2C sales channels remain at the core of our success and identity even as we expand further into the world of bricks and mortar retail. Our light filled HQ is based in the bayside Melbourne suburb of Brighton, where our amazing team manages all the different aspects and departments of the business including Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales, Product and Brand.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate ecommerce coordinator to take ownership of the maintenance, management and strategy for our .com and Amazon stores.

As the Ecommerce and Amazon Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and positive change while maximising the online presence of our brand across these key platforms. With a focus on our Shopify powered online store, as well as our booming Amazon business, you will implement strategic initiatives and co-ordinate updates and improvements to grow and maintain these channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive strategies to drive sales growth and market share on Amazon, and Bali Body's website.
• Analyse and Manage sales performance of these channels
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Ad-hoc management of selling platforms
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners including Amazon & our Amazon agency, and Web development agency.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong track record of driving revenue and profitability on Amazon, and company-owned websites.
• Strong knowledge of platforms including Shopify, Amazon Seller Central.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

At Bali Body we work from our office in Brighton four days of the week, Wednesdays we work from home.
