**What you'll do
The Head of Marketing role for Subscriptions exists to lead the growth marketing strategy for the subscriptions business (which includes our Everyday Extra and Delivery Unlimited subscription proposition) to deliver portfolio targets in acquisition, engagement and retention; and to build a high performing subscription marketing capability to accelerate subscription growth for the Group.

The role has reach, influence and impact across the Woolworths Group and is a key role that can directly influence the success of the subscriptions and wider WX business. The role is a member of the Subscriptions leadership team and will work with team members across all WX platforms and businesses in EDX, eComX and idX; as well as Group Brand & Marketing and partners (internal and external).

Key responsibilities;
- Development, management and evolution of subscription growth marketing strategy and capability
- Prioritisation of key initiatives to deliver on subscription acquisition, engagement and retention targets
- Partner and agency management to ensure marketing strategy is deliver as promised and to identify improvements/enhancements/opportunities
- Adapt, expand and challenge our current systems and processes to ensure they remain competitive in the rapidly changing ecommerce/loyalty/retail environment Leverage data to drive marketing opportunities, strategy and performance with an ongoing focus on optimising activity, response and conversion to maximise return on investment

**What you'll bring

You will be a thought leader with a passion for best practice, innovation and data driven decision making, self motivated and able to thrive in a results driven environment.
- 5+ years experience in a similar, Head of level, role with a proven track record in subscriptions and data driven marketing/CRM across the lifecycle
- Inspirational leader and influencer of significant cross-functional teams with the ability to nurture productive internal relationships
- Operationally resilient, with a proven track record of delivery in a fast paced commercial context
- Executive-level presentation, communication and planning skills Experience of managing and delivering change in an agile environment
