Job Title: Marketing Co-Ordinator: Subscriptions

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our subscriptions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging offers, promoting them through various channels, and tracking retention rates.

This is a key position for someone who enjoys marketing, customer service, and administration. We have relaunched our e-commerce store, making it an exciting time to contribute to this project.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop engaging offers for each title and promote them through various channels to acquire new subscribers
  • - Create and brief attractive creative content that reflects the brand and offers
  • - Implement the renewal program for each title and track retention rates
  • - Update the e-commerce website with new offer landing pages
  • - Collaborate with the subscriptions team, providing general support, dispatching orders, and performing ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will also have demonstrated digital skills, preferably with e-commerce experience, strong creative and marketing insight, and knowledge of digital marketing channels.

We value adaptability and flexibility in your work approach as priorities change. Self-motivation and the ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously to achieve weekly KPIs and targets is also essential.

A natural flair for sales and marketing is beneficial, but not necessary. What is important is that you are reliable, organized, and able to work in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
