Senior Marketing Lead

Australia's largest media company is seeking a senior marketer to lead engagement for two of its most awarded newsrooms. Reporting into the Head of Retention and Engagement, you will manage a team of three and oversee the development and execution of the engagement strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Use data and insights to identify opportunities to increase subscriber engagement
- Manage and optimise automated subscriber lifecycle programs
- Work closely with creative & media agencies and internal teams to develop and execute engagement activities
You'll be working on a range of exciting projects, including:
- Using data to drive subscriber experiences and improve engagement
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract new subscribers
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders to plan and execute strategies relating to new and enhanced subscription products and features
- Confident senior marketer with experience in managing a CRM, lifecycle or similar function
- Naturally obsessed with insights and data, and can contribute analysis that leads to strategic and actionable insights
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent) and its capabilities to realise sophisticated 1:1 strategies
