- Time management skills
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration is required
- Previous leasing experience is preferred
- Australian drivers license & clean vehicle

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Conduct open homes both mid-week & Saturday's
- Support property managers in a multitude of ways from marketing, database management, window display, documentation preparation
- Greeting customers and answering phone calls
- Responding to rental enquiries
- Prepare lease documents and online bonds and arrange lease signing with new tenants
