COMMERCIAL SALES & LEASING AGENT

SUTHERLAND SHIRE & ST GEORGE

Brookes Partners is a highly respected, innovative, progressive and successful real estate agency with numerous offices handling all facets of real estate practice.

We are currently seeking a proactive to experienced Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent with a sincere passion to succeed and join one of the industry's most highly regarded offices.

This fast paced and busy role is within a positive and modern working environment, extending latest technology, proven systems and experienced support assistance from friendly colleagues.

Duties & responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Ability to identify and proactively seek commercial sale & leasing opportunities
  • Liaise and proactively update new and existing clientele
  • Build new clientele relationships and database records
  • Confidently negotiate sale and leasing transactions
  • Maintain your understanding of changes to legislation and industry compliance
  • Maintaining your knowledge of the local market and factors influencing market fluctuations and trends
  • Working in harmony with a professional proactive team providing 6 star client service
  • Proactively canvas, seek and capitalise on selling, leasing and management opportunities.

The successful applicant will need

  • Preferably an understanding and a proven track record of Commercial Sales and Leasing
  • Be proactive and driven to succeed
  • Possess strong communication skills including meticulous follow up
  • Keeping clients informed at all times and maintaining their records
  • Provide immaculate presentation, a pleasant manner, proactive approach & punctual
  • To work competently and well under pressure
  • Great organisational and time management skill (including ability to prioritise)
  • Competent legislative understanding
  • Self confidence and motivation
  • Hold a valid drivers licence

Work hours

The successful applicant is required to work for 5 days per week (Monday to Friday only).
