Job Title

We are a leading Commercial Property Group on the Northern Beaches with over 70 staff, specialising in Sales, Leasing, Project Management, Property Management, Concierge & inhouse Marketing Department.

This position reports to the Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent and works closely with Sales & Leasing Agents & Asset Managers.

Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in real estate
  • Assistant Agents Certificate in Real Estate
  • Excellent knowledge Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of CRM systems ie Agent Box or Sales Force
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders
  • Positive, can do, work hard, play hard attitude
  • Complete understanding of our area & market
  • Knowledge of Retail Leasing Legislations
