**eCommerce Coordinator**

**About the Role**
In this role you will lead and manage multiple partner channels for our suite of brands. You will work with closely with our brand team, buying team & external partners on achieving sales targets, supporting category & product needs and campaign planning & execution. You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that service level agreements are met with all our marketplace parties as well as improving CX and conversion rates within our websites and marketplaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Products uploads across all websites, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
- Ensure online products are merchandised according to data insights.
- Perform Administrative tasks related to product information management.
- Review and update merchandise and search rules to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Oversee category strategy in line with SEO best practice
- Online styling and uploading (homepage imagery), merchandise, and implementation of promotions for a variety of excellent retails brands
- Analyse data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage pricing across systems such as Comestri & AX and ensure this flows through to the relevant marketplaces.
- Use analytics to track, measure, and improve overall website performance.
- Regularly check all websites for bugs and issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure inventory availability and optimisation across online channels.
- Provide support for general marketing activities as required

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Magento 2, Comestri and FredHopper familiarity is favourable.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimise strategies.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Creative thinker with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a strong understanding of brand voice.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A Degree in relevant fields is preferred but not essential.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
