**About the role**:
As an eCommerce Coordinator you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of Platypus Australia & New Zealand's eCommerce Websites, whilst assisting the eCommerce Manager to deliver the digital strategy and provide a superior ecommerce experience.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and maintain website to drive online sales to help meet financial targets and profit budgets.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches and retail activities with regular and relevant content updates.
- Support the CRM team to grow the subscriber database through implementation of tactical acquisition campaigns.
- Ensure the experience for the online customer is reflective of the brand's UPS's & customer service values.
- End-to-end management of new product uploads, including copywriting, coordinating photography and inventory management.
- Online product merchandising and daily review of site to ensure all product content is current, accurate, relevant, and aligned with digital merchandising and content strategy.
- Maintain the management categorisation of all products on-site, regularly updating new arrivals, best sellers, and sale products.
- Work with SEO teams to ensure products and content are optimised for search and adhere to SEO best practice.
- Develop and implement relevant content and product landing pages to support marketing campaigns as required.
- Analyse and report on ROI of campaign outcomes.
- Blog copywriting and SEO implementation.
- Drive the brand strategy & assist with implementing key initiatives.
- Building strong working relationships across all areas of the business.
- A strong understanding of the website platform, it's related systems and processes.
- Meeting schedule deadlines to allow commercial success.
- Acting as the ecommerce ambassador and supporting the Customer Experience Team to ensure all online customers are given an outstanding level of customer service experience.
- Liaise and collaborate with various departments to ensure we are delivering best in class, seamless customer experience.

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Styling or eCommerce photoshoot experience is highly regarded.
- Proficient in the use of AP21 highly regarded.
- Comfortable with V look up, pivot tables, and excel formulas.
- Photoshop or graphic design experience highly regarded.
- Google Analytics experience (or similar).
- Copy writing capabilities.
- Microsoft suite competency (excel).
- Strong relationship building skills, the ability to build rapport quickly.
- An understanding of and commitment to the greater Ecommerce vision.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Footwear and trend obsessed passionate about the retail/digital/social space.
