Join the SHEIKE Squad We are looking for an experienced Flagship Store Manager who is ready to make an impact in our Parramatta location

As the Store Manager you will be passionate about providing an absolutely exceptional customer experience - in every interaction. You will motivate & lead your team do the same. This role is all about the customer, and all about the growth of your team You are a leader who has the strong ability to understand & drive a business commercially, in a fast-paced setting - to deliver exceptional results.

As the Store Manager you will;
- Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
- Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
- Coach & develop your team consistently to foster their skills & development
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
- Manage your roster + wages at a high level
- Recruit & incredible team team into the business
- Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others
- Have outstanding standards of VM + store presentation
- Drive a commercial business
- Excellent operations & stock management
- Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day

To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:

- Minimum 3+yr experience in fashion retail as a Store Manager
- Exceptional customer service skillset
- Passionate about fashion and styling
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
- Experience in leading, recruiting + developing a team
- The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
- Self-motivated & strong communicator
