This is an exciting opportunity for a senior store manager to join SHEIKE in a Flagship SM capacity. You will be a brand ambassador every day & drive an absolutely exceptional customer experience by building genuine customer connections. You will have a strong ability to deliver operational excellence and strong commercial decision-making.

The role:

- Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey
- Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
- Drive & exceed company KPI's
- Coaching & developing your team to foster their development
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets & budgets
- Drive a flagship and commercial business, always looking to achieve the best results
- Excellent operations & stock management

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1+yrs' experience in fashion retail management
- Positive attitude & willingness to grow
- Exceptional customer service & styling skills
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPIS & their impact on the business
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
- Ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
- Self-motivated & strong communicator
