As the** Flagship Manager**, you will exemplify exceptional leadership while overseeing total store operations at our flagship location. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing leadership team, fostering a positive and engaging environment that drives success.

As the Flagship Manager, your leadership will be key in maximising store profitability through effective operational management, execution of visual merchandising strategies, customer experience excellence, and team development. By delivering outstanding results and maintaining high standards, you will contribute significantly to the overall company strategy and success, ensuring that the flagship store continues to reflect David Jones' core values and vision.

**Responsibilities**
- Cultivate a high-performing, diverse flagship team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement that delivers exceptional customer experiences _Like No Other._ Mentor and develop Store leaders within the team to enhance their capabilities and drive performance.
- Strategically prioritise the customer experience in every operational decision. Champion a service philosophy that not only meets but exceeds expectations, ensuring the entire flagship team is aligned with this vision.
- Collaborate with store leaders to analyse customer insights and metrics, implementing initiatives that consistently elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Take ownership of escalated customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution while empowering the team with the skills and authority to handle complex issues independently.
- Develop and nurture meaningful collaborations with all brand and concession partners, leveraging insights and feedback to innovate and enhance the flagship experience. Act as a key liaison to drive initiatives that deliver _Service Like No Other_, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Oversee flagship operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and the seamless execution of initiatives that enhance both customer and team experiences.
- Set and communicate a clear vision for the flagship store, aligning team goals with broader brand objectives and inspiring a collective commitment to achieving exceptional results.
- Drive the flagship store's commercial performance by ensuring all sales, profit, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets are not only met but exceeded, contributing to the overall business.
- Proven ability to lead and develop store leaders while driving results through team collaboration and engagement.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences and internal business shifts.
- Effectively identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and make informed decisions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- A strong understanding of P&L management, with the ability to drive profitability and ensure commercial success.
- The ability to use insights and strategic initiatives to maximise revenue and align the store's objectives with broader business goals.
- Strong ability to analyse and interpret financial reports to inform decision-making and develop effective strategies to enhance store performance, increase profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, essential for engaging with senior stakeholders internally and representing David Jones at various external events.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, building trust and effectively navigating diverse interests to achieve successful outcomes.
