This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a flagship location in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment. Leading one of the largest teams in the network, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving ambitious commercial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a large, diverse team to consistently deliver outstanding service and exceed performance targets.
  • Implement strategic initiatives that drive customer engagement, increase conversion, and optimise store performance.
  • Use data and KPI analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring efficiency and profitability at every level.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align store operations with business objectives while maintaining seamless daily execution.
  • Build a high-performance culture by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent with clear career pathways.
  • Safeguard a premium in-store experience, ensuring standards, safety, and operational compliance are always met.
Pay

Base pay range: A$80,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr
