**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the EV Manager, the Product Manager - Home & Commercial EV Charging will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our EV charging product portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies and fostering growth through strategic partnerships.

As Product Manager you will:

- Lead the end-to-end product management process, including ideation, roadmap development, feature prioritisation, and successful product launches
- Continuously assess the competitive landscape, industry trends, and evolving customer demands to drive innovation and build RACV's position as a leader in the EV charging market
- Possess a strong grasp of regulatory and compliance requirements related to EV charging infrastructure, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety guidelines
- Assess and make informed trade-offs to ensure optimal resource allocation and portfolio management

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in product management, including portfolio management and roadmap development, preferably in the EV charging or related technology industries
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and assess trade-offs effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A proven track record of driving growth, developing partnerships, and delivering successful product launches
