**About the company**
Established for over 25 years, our client is a well-known and established logistics/ manufacturing company with a phenomenal reputation across the industry. Due to growth and an influx of new work, they are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their team. They offer long-term career growth, promoting and rewarding good work from with-in the organization, support from senior management and the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of dedicated professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update Client Profiles and accounts
- Internal Sales, quoting, data entry and support
- Process and follow through new sales leads/buybacks (via phone/website enquiry)
- Field incoming client enquiries, including requests, updates and account details
- Managing the team inbox and actioning administration duties as required
- Providing one on one support to the Sales & Operations Manager
- Booking & Attending meetings for higher management
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the business
- High level data entry & reporting
**About You**:
- Proven experience with a complex CRM system
- Minimum 3 years in a previous sales / high level administration position
- Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
- Ability to work in a team environment and bounce ideas and questions with ease
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders with the confidentiality, professionalism and discretion
