**Who are we looking for?**
- You come from multi site experience, ideally within a retail environment.
- Ability to comment on stock performance and product selection
- Experienced with all store operations and VM
- Comfortable working on the shop floor. You love being with your teams and truly lead and inspire from the front
- Experience with new store openings
- you will be responsible for recruitment, training and induction of new staff members
- Customer service is a passion and strong skill set in your retail repertoire. You love to build and maintain relationships with your clientelle and VIPs
- You are a natural relationship builder, energetic and love to see your team succeed, you are an inspiring leader
- Confidence with commercial and financial reporting, you have high levels of business accumen
- You are a strong communicator both verbal and written.
- Experienced working dealing with internal stakeholders
- Current drivers license and vehicle is essential
