About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a unique and memorable experience for each client as they undergo a facial treatment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing personalized skincare consultations and treatments to clients using advanced techniques.
  • Understanding client needs in skincare and proposing personalized programs that deliver accurate results.
  • Sharing skincare knowledge and trends with clients to inspire them to explore our beauty range.
  • Counseling and educating Beauty Advisors on skincare best practices.
  • Maintaining category performance and partnering with management on ideas to improve client interest.
  • Actively retaining and recruiting clients while developing your client portfolio.

You Will Be:

  • A beauty industry expert with an excellent understanding of skin and skincare treatments.
  • A natural communicator with the ability to engage and inspire clients and team members.
  • A proactive professional who is a self-learner and influencer of skincare best practice.
  • A certified Skincare Therapist or equivalent diploma/certificate holder.
  • Someone who embodies a professional image to lead as a role model in the skincare category.
