About the Role

As a Beauty and Skincare Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary objective is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales advisors, providing coaching and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays, ensuring a consistent brand image and driving sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory management, and reporting data to inform operational decisions.
  • Work closely with the store manager and other senior team members to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client and cast member matters, making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A passion for beauty and skincare products, with a deep understanding of industry trends and developments.
  • A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
